Nexxt Step in Tech Program Participation & License Agreement​

1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, worksheets, recordings, templates, and resources provided through Nexxt Step in Tech are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexxt Step in Tech.

Materials are licensed for individual use only.

2. No Redistribution

Participants may NOT:

• Share login access

• Copy or distribute materials

• Resell content

• Teach or recreate the program

• Upload materials online

• Use content for commercial purposes

This includes screenshots, downloads, recordings, or derivative works.

3. Recording & Duplication Prohibited

Participants may not record live sessions or redistribute session recordings.

4. License Limitation

Access is granted to the enrolled participant only.

The license is non-transferable and revocable.

5. Violation & Legal Action

Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of materials will result in:

• Immediate removal from the program

• Revocation of access

• Potential legal action for damages

• Recovery of attorney’s fees where applicable

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program, no refunds are issued once access is granted.
